Our History & Breeding Philosophy

The 70's Cracar and Uriah Siberians each began individually showing Siberians

1994 ~ the partnership between Cracar Siberians and Uriah Siberians was developed to further enhance our respective breeding programs.

2002 ~ brought us Jerry & Janelle Whaley who joined Cracar Siberians to carry on in our continued commitment to producing quality Siberians.

2006 ~ was an exciting year for us with the successes of our Siberians last year, our newest addition joins us. . . . . . from Poli Siberians & Whippets we welcomed the newest member of our family, Devo.  Of course, what is a household with a companion so, Maria joined us from Chelsea Whippets.

With extremely selective breeding of our adults, we have found that one can still produce "quality" without producing "quantity".  Averaging one to two litters a year and keeping our adult kennel at a minimum, we strive to maintain a breeding program that produces dogs that conform to the guidelines outlined in the AKC standard for the breed and producing quality pets and successful show dogs. Recognizing that our puppies will be pets before they are show dogs, we keep temperament at the top of the priority list.

Our breeding stock is screened and cleared of genetic hip and eye disorders and all puppies are sold with a written warranty.  Puppies are born and raised in our home with emphasis placed on a happy, healthy puppy that is well socialized and ready to bring you years of joy and companionship.  Referrals to other breeders are gladly made to help you find your new family member.

Following the latest AVMA guidelines, all puppies join their new family with current vaccinations and have been wormed.  All pet puppies are sold with a contract including a spay/neuter agreement and AKC Limited Registration.  When your new pet joins you you'll receive a vaccination and worming history, pedigree and information on how to introduce your new "family member" to your home.
